The IEEE student's branch of Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, New Delhi   Invites you to   "The Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Rotating Shield Quiz 2009"   An annual General quiz held to commemorate the contributions and achievements of the Father of India's Space Program. This year's quiz marks the third edition of the Rotating Shield Quiz with NSIT being the defending champions.
