[bvp_ieee] IMP. - Regarding Payment of Membership Fees

Dear all,

As you know, the deadline for renewing the IEEE membership is very close; so are the Final End - Semester Exams. We know it'll be difficult for you to submit the fees with us once the exams start. However, there's a simple solution to this problem.

All members belonging to 2nd, 3rd and 4th years will be coming to the college on one of the coming three days in this week, to collect their admit cards. Hence, I request all those who have still not paid their fees for membership renewal to kindly do the needful on that day.

Please note that the membership fees is now Rs. 1300/-. Renewal is mandatory for all members, including those who have made their payment this year, but before the start of this semester . i. e. before August 2009, as they had been granted half - yearly membership only.

On the day of collection of admit cards, you can contact any of the three persons mentioned in the previous posts: Suchir, Nikhil or Aditya. In case, you are not able to contact / reach them, please feel free to contact any of the other Core Execomm members, including myself.
