[bvp_ieee] Attention - Editorial Board, Pratibimb

Hi all,

This is to bring to your notice that the Mega Issue of Pratibimb is bound for release soon. However, due to sessionals, the deadline has been extended to 15th November, 2009 for article submission. There are other issues as well which need to be discussed soon. A meeting has been called for the same on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 01:15 PM. It is mandatory for all editors to be present.
